I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Mill Bay, Vancouver Island. I’ve been a therapist for over 25 years, supporting adults through a range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, grief and life transitions, and trauma. I draw on IFS and EMDR as needed, approaches that are a good fit especially for trauma and long-standing patterns that haven’t fully shifted through talk alone.
I bring a compassionate, collaborative, non-pathologizing approach to my work. You are never broken, just carrying protective patterns that made sense once and can be gently unburdened now.

Training & Credentials
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria.
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 3) therapist.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
What Working Together Looks Like
Sessions move at your own rhythm. I spend time making sure you feel resourced and safe before any trauma processing begins. Nothing happens until you’re ready for it. This work is collaborative; we’re in it together.
Where I Practice
I see clients online across British Columbia, with in-person sessions available at my office in Mill Bay, Vancouver Island, BC.
